Pork chops are considered safe for consumption if the internal temperature of the meat has reached 145 F. Time for cooking depends on the thickness and method of cooking you choose. I personally prefer the oven baked method, but you can also grill or pan fry them. I brush the pork chops with oil, then add the seasoning on both sides and bake. You can also add cumin, oregano, dried parsley, some garlic, cayenne pepper or any other seasoning of your choice.
